Written by Alicia Keys made this point that she did not still started dating her present husband Swizz Beatz till he parted ways from his former wife Mashonda Tifrere. It was learnt that Beatz, whose actual name was Kasseem Dean, made the announcement of the plans to break up from Tifrere in 2008 but their divorce did not get finalized till May 2010.
Three months after the divorce from the better half, the rapper then tied the knot with Alicia Keys who was already pregnant. The marriage happened in France.
Alicia went on saying, “We didn’t start seeing each other until months after they had separated. I was aware of all the false things that were being said about me,x it definitely hurt.”
Keys continued in the same breath, “I was sure that if I engaged it would become back-and-forth like some sick entertainment, which goes against everything I believe and would have made things worse.”
Both Alicia and Baetz wedding has reached to one year and on this occasion, she revealed that Beatz’s rapport with former wife and son has enhanced.
