Demi Lovato has thanked her fans for their support ensuing her recent awards show wins.

The Sonny With A Chance actress scooped the ‘Favourite TV Guest Star’ gong at the People’s Choice Awards for her appearance in Grey’s Anatomy last year.

Her Disney Channel movie Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam, co-starring the Jonas Brothers, won ‘Favourite Family TV Movie’, while the star has also been named the ‘Hot Hits Top Teen Star of 2010′.

“I wish to thank all the friends and fans who voted for me for the People’s Choice Awards and the Hot Hits Hottest Teen Stars of 2010,” she assumed in a message posted on her official Facebook account.

“I want to make sure my fans know how thankful I am for all their love, support and prayers during this difficult time. Thank you for standing beside me over it all.”

Lovato left the Jonas Brothers tour towards the end of last year to enter a rehab facility, telling fans that she was seeking care for “emotional and physical issues”.
