Eva Mendez informed that she hasn’t been on vacation in years – because she doesn”t want to risk costing out on work by booking a holiday.

The Hitch star has spent the last few years struggling hard to build up her status in Hollywood, and admits she’s too focused on her career to take a break.

“It’s a remarkably intense way to live. There are times when I wish I had more reflective moments. For instance, I”m incapable of taking a retreat – and I haven””t had one for years,” the Daily Express quoted her as saying.

“I’m incapable of sitting on a beach for a week. I just don’t do it. I’m too driven.”
