The pair, who first met when they co-wrote book Textbook Romance last year, were spotted kissing while picking up coffee in Melbourne at the weekend.
According to The Daily Telegraph, Blake and Foster have been seeing each further for about seven months, despite him living in Melbourne close to his radio job and her being based in Sydney.
Blake split based on information from continuing girlfriend Anna Jennings-Edquist about a year ago.
