Dr. Jacquelyn Kotarac was a female doctor who died recently. She was having an on and off relationship with her boyfriend prior to her death. She died trying to force her way into the house of her boyfriend and was trying to slide down the chimney but was not successful and she got stuck in the chimney. According to the police the body of Dr. Jacquelyn Kotarac was found three days after she got stuck into the chimney of her boyfriend’s house.

She removed the cap of the chimney and slid down in the chimney but in her way she got stuck and was not able to get out of the chimney successfully. Her boyfriend says that he got out from the house to avoid a confrontation but he didn’t knew that Dr. Jacquelyn Kotarac was trying to get into his house through the chimney.
