Jim Jones sued on two girls after he used up photos of their topless frolicking in his `Summertime’ video.
Sharie Johnson and Samantha Stotts have said in papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court such that they never gave the rapper permission to use their half naked photos in video.
Their lawyer, Taso Pardalis, said that the both women had been in Miami, and had hanged out on the same beach as the `Pop Champagne’ rapper.
“They may experience been aware who properties were making filmed,” the New York Post quoted Pardalis as saying, and adding they believed they got “being filmed by what they believed to be camera phones”.
The two girls were shocked when friends imparted upon them the footage had made it into the brief video for Jones’ song promoting his forthcoming album.
“They did not realize they got being offered to be expended for promotional purposes, and be shown naked on the Internet,” Pardalis said, adding that the girls wish the clip yanked from YouTube immediately.
We would like for the video to come down and for the girls to be compensated.
