Written by Justin Bieber has congratulated Hailee Steinfeld for her 2011 Oscar nomination.
Steinfeld was recognised in the ‘Best Supporting Actress’ category for her role in True Grit on Tuesday.
Bieber mentioned his support for the young actress on his Twitter page following the announcement, writing: “Met [Hailee] at the Globes and she is super talented.
“Congrats to Hailee Steinfeld for making 14 and getting nominated for an Oscar for True Grit!”
The 83rd annual Academy Awards will take place on February 27 in Los Angeles.
