Minister of State for Exterior Affairs Mr.Shashi Tharoor on Sunday firmly without any connection in command for Kochi for the IPL, but definite that he did make easy and support the endeavor.
Pune and Kochi were exposed as the 2 new franchises for the 4th version of the IPL today in Chennai. While Pune was bought by “Sahara Adventure Sports Group”, the Kochi franchise was breaked up by Rendezvous Sports World Limited.
Communication to a group of reporters Tharoor said, “Kochi production it through IPL is of national implication. I think all the acquaintances of IPL will surely give Kerala a sort of vitality and power, which I am certain, will motivate people. I am very glad regarding this.” 
“My own task has been incomplete to blessing and hopeful this endeavor because I feel very powerfully that Keralites in India and abroad need amazing like this. I believe it will help in the alteration of Kerala and that is my spirit. With that strength I have specified it my blessing. Beyond that I have no participation,” said Tharoor.
He told, “I surely trust that those who have position this bid jointly will really help convert our position and fetch it into the front position of cricket devoted states in India. I have only given them the vision.”
Meanwhile, IPL Commissioner Lalit Modi too confirmed that Tharoor was concerned only in helping a Kochi team.
