Lindsay Lohan should released on jail to August 1 or August 2, According to latest news of Radar Online.
The star’s lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley believed that Lohan should receive credit for times in custody “that is able to impact her long time in jail”.
Lohan was expect to leave Lynwood Correctional Facility on the August 1 or 2 due to overcrowding and serving the lowest 14 days of her 90 day jail sentence.
Judge Marsha Revel should determine how how much credit Lohan becomes for last time served. The judge has yet to send a minute order to the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department to cut her sentence.
