Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer is ‘expecting the worst’ to happen when the actress appears in court next this week.
The 24-year-old is due to face Judge Elden Fox in court yet again on Friday to be sentenced for violating her probation.
According to E! Online, Lohan’s attorney Shawn Chapman Holley has kept on trying to arrange a pre-hearing meeting with Judge Fox, but her requests suffer so far been denied.
An insider said: “The judge won’t balance with Shawn down the road of bit to say what he is planning.
“They got hoping he’ll give her 30 further days at Betty Ford, but because of this odd silence, properties are kind of expecting the worst from him.”
Lohan has been attaining treatment at the Betty Ford clinic since September 28, imminent initially making remanded in custody after admitting so she failed two court-ordered drug tests last month.
It is furthermore thought the current Lohan is unlikely to leave the rehabilitation facility prior to her court appearance.
