Oprah Winfrey has decided to change her itinerary additonally in Australia.
The US chatshow host, who is visiting the country with 300 workforces of her audience to mark the end of her series, reportedly decided to visit Uluru on her minute day on the advice of singer Paul Simon.
Winfrey told Channel Ten: “The reason I wanted to go to Uluru is that Paul Simon called me and said you must, it’s not to be missed.”
She also apologised to fans who did not get to equate her as her plane refuelled at Cairns Airport, saying: “I was not able to get off the plane. So for everyone that was approaching there I’m sorry but Customs wouldn’t let me off.”
Winfrey spent survive night in the Whitsundays, where she seized a koala for the first time and hosted a barbecue cooked by celebrity chef Curtis Stone.
