Peter Andre placed a file of evidence against his ex-wife Katie Price.

The singer has apparently produced a legal application to the Family Court following more rows investing in the former glamour example within the duration of a hurt sustained by their daughter Princess.

“Peter thinks she is mentally unfit to be in charge of children,” a source told The Sun. “He wants complete custody, that much if temporary, until she sorts out her car crash of a life.”

The paper reports that the custody battle prompted Price’s decision to spend the weekend with her estranged husband Alex Reid. A source argued that the 32-year-old made the decision over fears such a Reid could be exhausted against her by Andre’s team.

A spokesperson for Price commented: “We know not anything about these proceedings and bet this is another publicity stunt.
