Producers of Spider Man (Turn Off The Dark) reject reports that co director is making sought for the production.
According to reporter, Julie Taymor will keep to helm the Broadway musical only despite negative reviews for preview performances.
“There is no truth to the rumour of a co-director,” stated Rick Miramontez, a spokesman for the show. “The production has not brought everybody on and the hand made creative team remains firmly in place, through Julie Taymor at the helm.”
The New York Post previously reported that the show’s creators were losing faith in the director following a barrage of bad press. Comic book artist Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa just now joined the musical to shoot the story in sequence with the character’s history.
Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark opens to the public on March 15.
