Ram Gopal Varma has revealed that his next project should feature look-alikes of most massive Bollywood stars.
According to The Times of India, the director is planning to use the celebrity doubles in a behind-the-scenes look at the film industry.
A source close to the filmmaker revealed: “The film will be a full-on drama on Bollywood. Ram will be directing the film himself and it will take on top stars like Salman [Khan], Akshay Kumar and Hrithik Roshan, with the improve the ability of of their duplicates, and also particular prominent directors as Subhash Ghai, Ramesh Sippy and Karan Johar.”[ad#Google Adsense]
The director, who is known for his outspoken comments, has been engaged in long-running feuds with a number of high-profile figures such as Karan Johar.
The source added: “Some of the conditions that he will be springing are how stars sit in on the edit and chop others’ roles, how heroines’ mothers cause trouble on sets and how newcomers suffer to invest money to become stars.”
Varma faced widespread criticism for his critically panned remake of the 1975 classic Sholay.
